Project Manager
Job Description: The Project Manager works closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and other team members to successfully deliver projects from inception through close-out. This role manages client relationships, contracts, budgets, and project documentation while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, designers, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager also assists with scheduling, quality control, safety management, and select preconstruction tasks such as estimating and bidding. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe, collaborative, and efficient project environment is essential.
Experience & Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – 2–5 years of construction industry experience – Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications – Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, and Viewpoint – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Basic math and accounting skills – Broad understanding of the construction industry – Strong organizational and time management abilities – Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with project stakeholders.
