Business Development Coordinator
Job Description: Supports our business development and pursuit efforts through strong organization, research, and systems management. This role plays a key part in helping our leadership team track opportunities, maintain relationships, and pursue projects thoughtfully and efficiently.This role focuses on coordination, analysis, and process support—ensuring information is organized, opportunities are visible, and teams are set up for success. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines analytical thinking with organizational excellence and enjoys bringing order to complex information.

Responsibilities:  Maintain a comprehensive pipeline tracking system capturing all opportunities from early stage through close - Produce weekly pipeline and opportunity reports for the leadership team - Facilitate weekly 30-minute pipeline meetings with the leadership team - Conduct market and client research to identify upcoming project opportunities - Track and organize relationship and client contact information - Help coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up actions - Analyze pipeline and pursuit data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement

Experience:  3-5 years professional experience in coordination, operations, marketing, project coordination, or business analysis - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Experience with CRM systems, databases, or project management software Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or related industry preferred but not required - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Experience producing reports, presentations, and analytical summaries

Project Engineer

Job Description: The Project Engineer assists and supports the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects. The ProjectEngineer position works under direct supervision, can supervise Field Engineers and Interns, performs routine dailyactivities, and gathers and distributes information. The Project Engineer must be a flexible and adaptable, team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Experience & Key Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree – Preference given to Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent - 3 years of industry experience preferred - Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products - Knowledge of Microsoft Project Scheduling - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to read drawings and specifications - Dependable -Function effectively as part of a team.
