Albany Public Library

Extensive renovations were needed to convert this 41,000 SF public building to a new City Library. The interior was completely redesigned, structural elements were upgraded, and the roof structure was modified to provide a higher ceiling. Walls and finishes were all new with extensive woodwork. Installation of owner-furnished equipment was coordinated, including a new book-sorting system. The exterior was also refinished with the construction of new entries and landscaping.
